- Shortlisting: Based on CAT/GMAT score, academics, work experience & diversity parameters the shortlisted candidates are invited for WAT & PI.
- Written Ability Test (WAT) + Group Discussion (GD): Candidates write an essay and participate in group discussion on business/management topics.
- Personal Interview (PI) & Final Selection: PI assesses domain knowledge, communication, leadership potential. Final offer release to selected candidates.
