Admission Process

1. Application Submission: Candidates must register and fill out the online application form on the IIM B official website, providing academic details, work experience (if any), and uploading CAT/GMAT scores. ( August to September every year for PGP)
2. Shortlisting: Based on entrance exam performance (CAT/GMAT/GRE) and academic profile, candidates are shortlisted for the next stage. The shortlisting also considers diversity factors and work experience. (within 4–6 weeks )
3. Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates appear for WAT and PI rounds to assess communication, analytical thinking, leadership potential, and motivation for management education. (January to March )
4. Final Selection and Admission Offer: Final merit list is prepared considering CAT/GMAT score, WAT-PI performance, academic record, and work experience. Selected candidates receive admission offers via email. Fee payment and document verification complete the process. (June/July.)
