Admission Process

1. Online Application: Candidates fill out the online application form on the GIBS website, upload required documents, and pay the application fee. (2 Days)
2. Application Fee: For the 2025 admissions: PGDM application fee is INR 950; BBA application fee is INR 600. (1 Day)
3. Shortlisting: Based on entrance exam score (for PGDM), academic performance, and other parameters (see weightage below). (3 Days)
4. Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI): Short‐listed candidates attend these rounds Online or Offline. SOP (Statement of Purpose) may also be required. (1- 2 Weeks)
5. Selection Weightage (PGDM): Typical distribution: 20% – Entrance test score 20% – Academics (10th/12th/UG) 40% – SOP + GD/PI 10% – Sports/Extra-curricular/Academic & Gender Diversity 10% – Work Experience (1 Week)
6. Offer & Confirmation: Selected candidates receive an offer. They must complete the admission formalities and pay the fees by the deadline to confirm their seat. (5 Days)
